We've got a ton of tomatoes in our CSA this month, so I've been combing every cookbook for any recipe that uses tomatoes. This is a lot like the Sichuan chicken you can get at your favorite Chinese restaurant.
Stir frying happens so quickly it makes a pretty good 6 second video. It also helps that I was filming Mike as he was doing the actual stir frying. Our kitchen is well set up for this because the stovetop is open on both sides, so he can cook on one side and I can film from the other.
I think I did a little better on the timing, but I should have used my elbows as a tripod so the pan stayed in the same place from shot to shot.
