Training for the Livestrong Challenge Philly has been great.  My knee hasn't been painful, and my performance has been getting better.  Where I used to run three miles and each mile would be slower, now I can run five miles and each of my first three miles goes by faster (miles four and five are a different story). I'm no longer afraid that hills will defeat me, and I know I can push myself a lot harder.  I'm really looking forward to the 10k on Saturday and the cross country season this fall.
